can I ask you when you put your dates in the container for soaking did you use all of your dates the only reason why I'm asking is maybe your putting too much water in with your dates so the dates are absorbing too much water it also tells I would like to know what type of water are you using are you using cold or hot because if you use cold they are going to plump but not as quickly and if you're using hot but you're only supposed to leave them in there in the water for maybe about 5-10 minutes and if you would like instead of putting all of the dates in to soak them instead of putting them all in put half of them in to soak up some of the liquid to make it more plumpier and then when you put them in the food processor the ones that you didn't hydrate again you put them into the food processor too I'm just guessing that maybe that might work for you I hope it does
